You were an inspiration to me to seek help when I was in a major depressive episode some time back (during Covid — I had for a few months told myself it was something I could talk myself out of). I used my process to speak openly with associates and colleagues, who in turn have spread the word.

After the death of Tyre Nichols, Memphis enacted a policy prohibiting police from conducting pretextual traffic stops. The Republican state legislature and governor just enacted a preemptory law overturning the policy, and prohibiting any city in Tenn. from passing a similar one.
