This cop didn't get the unspoken rules. He thought he should enforce the laws on everyone. He will either stop being a cop or he will learn the unspoken rules. Law enforcement exists to keep a thumb on the lower class and non-whites. Upper class whites can't be having their drunk driving interrupted
