I agree that Bobbie was cast well, but I know others disagree. There was never going to be someone as intimidating and muscular as she is described in the book. But, Frankie Adams does a good job and really improves as the series goes on.

I think fantasy has generally done better than sci-fi for book adaptations. Game of Thrones was incredible until it wasn't. And, I think The Witcher benefitted substantially by being live (the animated film spin-off just wasn't as good).

Booooo!!!! I think the show is aided so much by the acting (not just voices) of Thomas Jane, Wes Chatham, Shohreh Aghdashloo, David Strathairn, Jared Harris, and Cara Gee. If it was animated, it just wouldn't be the same.

It's so good. They obviously had to consolidate some characters. But, there are some excellent casting choices. And, the actors that start off unevenly improve as the series goes on. It's my all-time favorite sci-fi show.

This is marvelous. Class action alleges Walmart systematically puts one price on the shelf, and charges a little more at the cash register. Walmart claims consumers can see the prices actually charged, so no harm. CA7 rejects.
