I feel it's worth pointing out that Politico did the first report on it *last September*. If you haven't read it it's worth the time because it includes a lot of historical context that's missing from more current 'omg have you read this thing' reports.

I’ve been reading the DOJ section and it is ominous. Project 2025 states that overturning Kennedy v. Louisiana, a 2008 SCOTUS ruling that prohibits the death penalty for nonfatal crimes - ostensibly to apply it to violent sex crimes - should be a DOJ priority. static.project2025.org/2025_Mandate...
