It's pretty interesting what the media decides is front page news and what they don't decide is front page news! Trump being a child sex abuser with close connections to Jeffrey Epstein somehow doesn't merit the same coverage as "unnamed Dem insider has concerns about Biden's age"

I still need to read the actual opinions (I'll probably need to take a Xanax and some Dramamine to get through it) but from the headlines, here's a few takeaways: 1) you can't impeach a President for Crimes and Misdemeanors if he, by definition, can't commit them.

i think akhil amar reed captures something very important, which is that the roberts court rewrote article ii, which explicitly states that a president can be held criminally liable after impeachment (and which has long been understood to mean that he can be held liable after leaving office)
