This afternoon in our #plantbased kitchen: Palačinke! Croatian-style crΓͺpes. Traditionally smeared with home-made jam of your choice and rolled up. Chocolate spread is also popular, or ground walnuts with sugar and a drizzle of lemon. You have to try them all, it's the only way to decide! 🍜

Just found out about a massive data leak at Twitter/X. I don't use it anymore but I keep my account alive so no one else can claim my username. I just changed my password and suggest others do too. Also use 2FA whenever you can.

Today in our #plantbased kitchen: Dolma! Raymond picked me some lovely grape vine leaves from our garden, and hollyhock flowers to use. Rolled with a Greek-style filling of rice, spring onion, mint, and dill, then assembled on leaves, sliced tomato, and covered with more leaves before cooking. 🍜
