There’s nothing wrong with looking at a candidate’s fitness for office. I understand the concerns a lot of people express about Biden. I felt the same way after that miserable debate. But the discussion’s over unless Biden changes his mind, because today he made it clear that he’s not quitting.

Co-signed. Also, not criticizing Micah here, but the term “cringe wine mom” is a wildly misogynist/ageist term that a lot of lefties use without realizing what it says about them. The Women’s March did more to build legitimacy resisting Trump than anything some Jacobin columnist sneered at.

I’m rewatching one of the Ferengi episodes of DS9 and those little entrepreneur aliens gave us both Wallace Shawn and Andrea Louise Martin with janky teeth and huge ears squealing their lines, visibly having a blast through their makeup. This show was an absolute TREASURE.

Weird dev issue OTD: when I use a server side language like Python or PHP to read a remote image file, some (not all) sites block it; they return a 400 error. But node running on the same server can read the same remote file with node-fetch! Why? What’s the difference? Asking for a weirdo.
