Costco has like an 8 pack of salmon patties & its the best summer easy meal. I prefer to cook them outside on the grill to avoid the salmon smell in the house, and then yeah, sometimes we just dice them up & put on top of whatever rice bowl weāve created.

As a Montanan who works in healthcare, this is something we discuss regularly at work. Gun suicides so frequently lead to death, and if youāre able to access a gun instantly (i.e. its not locked up appropriately) distraught individuals can commit suicide impulsively in just a few short minutes. š

Its so overwhelming on so many levels. SO MUCH STUFF, so much emotion and stress, so much physical work. My wonderful Gran had gotten rid of ENORMOUS AMOUNTS of my grandfathers hoarded stuff between his death & hers so THANK YOU GRAN ā¤ļø so it could have been much worse.
