This. My output is around 70%. Because if NEEDED I can go up but the up is unsustainable. And weirdly, I am doing a better job when I don't overextend myself because if one goes laser focus, they stop thinking and taking in the bigger picture. A marathon, not a sprint.

Doesn't this feel like an excuse to you then? Because you lower the satisfaction of all of your workers for something that, let's be honest, is achievable in the office too. I am not even going to mention how much time upper management waste with little overnight.
