Not only is this grievance not justiciable, but it’s also an attack on free speech. You do not have a constitutional right to be free of harsh opinions or criticism. Obergefell created no sanction for disagreeing with it.
On the one hand you have people who are definitely legally forbidden from marrying who they love. On the other you have people who are afraid they might get criticized or shamed for what they say. Surely the first harm is outweighed by the risk of the second.

Disqualification from jury service is a sanction, but it's an appropriate one when a potential juror has an identifiable bias against one of the parties, whether that bias is religious in origin or not.
Americans who do not hide their adherence to traditional religious beliefs about racial hierarchies have had to suck it up and deal with being called bigots it for decades.
