I’m not entirely convinced that the debate wasn’t exacerbated by the media reaction but the Run Up and the Focus Group podcasts (one out of NYT and one not) both had concerned voters post debate.

People said Greenpeace was nuts in 2009 to predict 921GW of installed solar by 2030. Last year there was 1,419GW. Cost dropped 95% from 2008-20 and it’s dropping faster. There will be vast amounts of cheap clean energy in the future; we just need to use it.

It’s a gem in need of some TLC. Not knocking the crew or staff, but living on the other side of Elliot bay you tend to see the flaws up close and personal. We need more boats and only during the latest legislative session did the bid get sent out to non WA based shipbuilders.
