Honestly, everyone needs to read this article, because it is well past time people recognise how airborne pathogens spread, and how they can be effectively reduced. It's not just masks and vaccines, it's sick leave and infrastructure, goddammit.

PSA to everyone that drives: please bloody slow down and look for pedestrians at crossings! I got hit crossing one yesterday, and knocked out of my chair onto the road. Very luckily I am uninjured and her car suffered more damage than my chair. Very thankful for its protection on impact.

Look, I get parking in this city is tricky, but this is the ONLY FOOTPATH, on a road with NO SHOULDER or give room AT ALL, and schools are about to get out with kids walking down this road, this is so ridiculously unsafe.
