Tell them you have an avocado allergy, but you can have calabacita and chayote and do they have salsas that donβt have avocado or avocado leaf. (Leaf is super common in mole). If youβre asking if they put avocado in their salsa verde, I think most places will be fine.

The chayote one is traditional. In California, at least, itβs always been the one on offer in taquerias. White people called it guacamole and Mexican and Chicano staff shrugged. A lot of local places in Central Valley didnβt even have guacamole. Maybe avocado for slicing, but until late 90s, no guac

DOE could pay a full time paraprofessional at an elementary school with two of these decal changes. Keeping kids in school with more individual help is scientifically proven to reduce crime.

You know, instead of writing 400 stories about how old Joe Biden is, perhaps our news media can put their focus on these freaks who are already in positions of power?
Like, as someone who isn't Christian, I'm kinda taken back by a sitting Senator saying that I and my family are threats to America.

Can we just talk about this plot for a second? Thereβs several disparities here that give me pause, but the one that really makes me want to kick people is the 3rd set down, parents of minors vs. not.

This was one of the first things I diverged from when I moved out of my parentβs home. A plastic trash can instead of a bowl. You immediately rinse it and then scrub with soap. And no one EVER puts popcorn or halloween candy in the bathroom trash can.

My friend used to make crispy chickpeas in 3 or 4 flavors and keep them in her purse. She did one with smoked paprika, one with buttermilk, and cheddar powder and a smidge of ranch powder and one with wasabi and buttermilk powder. You can control salt but need some of you want them to keep a week.

I was run down after caring for all 3 of other family with Covid and didnβt rest enough the first time I got Covid. I lost taste and smell for a YEAR and had a lot of spatial memory issues (most eventually resolved with stellate ganglion block).

If youβre of a certain age, the itchiness is a lesser known symptom of a dip in estrogen. A dab of estrogen cream on ears can help.
My ent gave me green light to put a little bactine with lidocaine on a qtip, scratch the itch with that. It numbs it for a few minutes and REALLY helps. YMMV

Meh. They usually stay away when people are near. If you see one, hold your arms or pack above your head, make loud noises, yell & throw stuff without turning & running. Bobcats and mountain lions the same. If you absolutely must get away, back away, but make sure youβre not between them & kittens.
