My birthday is in the fall and I remember I can get my flu shot before it but my mom should do it after since her immunity won’t last as long. So I knew *something* on those lines!

Thanks for the reminder - I think I knew that at the beginning of vaccines (I know it is true for the elderly) but it had totally slipped my mind since then. (I’m not IC now, just like to generally be reminded of things I once knew and are important to remember.)

Every time someone claims immunocompromised people can’t take the COVID vaccine, more of my hair turns gray. It is the opposite — People who are immunocompromised need different, bigger and more frequent dosing than the rest of us to elicit an immune response.

I own so many pouches and I have very few regrets. My new life-hack is using reusable zip-lock bags (they come in hundreds of prints) as my pouches. Cheap pouches! Yes my chargers are dinosaur and my medications floral.

Oh got it, we have *formal* memorial services at my neighborhood dive bar with like, the deceased’s family. If you don’t want to see anyone at the service and nobody would especially care if you show up (unlike, the deceased mom, who cares) then you can skip it.

There's a bakery up the street from me where they saw my email on an order and started drawing tubas on the bags. So I saved em for a year and made a collage for them. Which they then hung up and curated like a museum piece. I love em there and they're always happy to see me ❤️

Well my options seem to be taking an hour to go downtown and catch the appropriate train, take an Uber for 40 minutes to grab it at Jeff Park, or take an Uber for 25 minutes from highland park? Or just take an Uber straight there for $100? All options suck.
