Been saying for years now: media trips over themselves to cater to Republican messaging/perspective because Republicans labeled 'the media' as being liberal; the only way to show they're not liberal? Carry water for Republicans.

Hey MAGAs, you are worried about running who? Someone ready to overturn the Constitution and steal elections? Someone ready to bow down to Russia and North Korea? Someone who is ready to become a dictator on day 1?

Seven times between 1801 and 1869 Congress changed the size of the court, going from a low of five justices in 1801 to a high of ten in 1863. In most of those cases, as in 1801 and 1863, the size went up and down in order to fix an imbalance or overreach by the Supreme Court. My latest

It's not every day that senators ask the attorney general to appoint a special counsel to criminally investigate a sitting Supreme Court justice.

What's more, the case against Clarence Thomas is quite credible. www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddo...

Yea. I mostly left because of the Nazi’s. It was a great place to see stories breaking and find legitimate news, but it just became flooded with misinformation. Then it was impossible to even point it out. The worst voices and the biggest speaker.

Agree. The best thing is to listen and redirect. This is up to Biden. He has done great things for the country. The guy Biden is running against tried to steal one election and will likely be better at stealing one if elected again. Incumbents are hard to beat and this is incumbent v incumbent.

It’s not like all Democrats can control this. It comes down to Biden and his immediate circle in making this decision. Sounds like many Democrats are really trying to get Biden and his circle to see the truth.

So let me get this straight: The so-called "originalists" on the Supreme Court have essentially given the U.S. president the power of monarchs. Just days before the 4th of July, mind you. The hypocrisy is staggering.

My best guess on why SCOTUS took so long to rule on presidential immunity; to get Barrett on the same side as the rest of the conservative justices. If she decided with the liberal justices it would have been 5-4. Thomas and Alito recuse themselves, 4-3 against immunity.
