I think if the Court tries to declare trump the president despite losing the election people will just ignore them. You can only pull a Bush v Gore once.

I’m certainly no legal expert or even a legal novice, so taking your words at face value certainly is a scary prospect of wtf is going on with SCOTUS which seems to have evolved from what should be an apolitical, impartial body to extremely political and partisan with way too much fucking power.
