I spent 2+ hours on hold this week to deal with a clerical error and then the moment I got through to a person I also got awful news over text, so I had to have the whole conversation while a panic attack was starting. 0/10 do not recommend.

one of the most gut-punchy feelings is when someone who knew you as a kid says something like "oh why don't you draw/write anymore? you used to be so good at it!" and you have to go "oh I'm just too busy now" when the answer is "depression murdered any creativity I once had"

So the more I see of this, the more I respect it. The Cybertruck is so unrelentingly and singularly absurd that the only sane aesthetic response is to heap yet more absurdity on top. This exudes a level of "you're locked in here with me" energy that you don't often get the opportunity to witness.

My poor dumb indoor cat somehow managed to get fleas while I was away (he manages this every summer. My previous cats never managed it!) so I have had to purrito and drug him. I also clipped his claws while I had him at my mercy, and he hasn’t quite forgiven me yet.
