Also: Federal law is a floor, not a ceiling. The Court ruled that people CAN be ticketed, not MUST be, and did not make a ruling that forces munis to do this. As frustrating as it is, this is back to the states and towns now, and means getting on your city council’s ass and not letting go.

Got to see firsthand how my toddler nephews perked up when I stuck on clips of My Neighbour Totoro. The youngest especially was enraptured by it. People think kids are idiots who will accept anything animated, even if it's bad. Deep down, though, they do notice when something is of high quality.

My directors didn't appreciate the fact that during a crunch period, I pointed out having 50 people crammed into a meeting room to discuss minor art adjustments for an hour was a major waste of company time. Anyway, this is why I'm a 2A advocate.
