Yeah. He has made that very, very, very clear. And he thinks the majority of the state agrees, since so few people showed up to the NC legislature to protest when some of the laws were passed by overturning Cooper's veto. This was not what Evan wanted to write. He wanted it to be a misunderstanding, a mistake, the fault of the New York Times, anything other than this. But, in the end, he concluded the Biden Administration has shifted policy and no longer supports access to a full range of care for trans youth.
