It's not a defense but it's not Fringe; the accusations came out from a TERF based news source. NB: The accusers seem credible, and Gaiman's own defense is damning, but I understood a brief hesitance in believing it from that one source. But others have come forward, or been brought back out.

I very much believe Gaiman was targeted because he supports trans people. However, Gaiman is guilty all on his own, regardless. Someone wandering all over a thread about people saying "I hope David Tennant hasn't done anything" and accusing *all* of them of defending rape is very much not helping.
