i fuckin' thought i learned the sekiro system in the first half. got real good at parrying and timing everything. felt so rewarded. ...then i ran into boss fight #2 on top of that castle and wanted to claw my eyes out. gave up and never finished it.

You know, what ever happened to good ol fashioned side scrolling beat em ups? Just a jump button, punch, maybe kick, and just mash your way through waves of enemies, watching their life bars change color as the game progresses and gets harder. That old school shit like Final Fight.
