They don’t even have classes, not even yoga or pilates, which I need to rebuild my core strength, for similar prices to gyms I’ve been to that did offer classes (at an extra cost obv, but I like the option)

I started Yakuza 6 (still on chapter 1 as I waste time exploring and playing mini games) but my god I am so annoyed at how they’ve been treating Saejima. They keep dumping his ass in prison once he finished his job. Also, his prison chapters in 4 and 5 sucked ass

Shaved another 15 seconds to 10:45 💪 due to the weather being mild. Feels like I’m at that stage where you make a lot of fitness gains before hitting a plateau. Probably should do more strength, especially core workouts, and start weekly long runs on top of jogging and cycling

Like it really seemed two different teams (1 for the main game, 1 for the finale) who never communicated with each other wrote the game. They really didn’t care to write a true match up for Shinada in the finale and the surprise boss for Kiryu? Lame as hell, I groaned at the reveal

Shaved 30 seconds off my 2 mile pace (down to 11min) so I’m doing pretty well towards my goal pace of 9:30min. At my peak I used to run a 7-730min pace. One day I’ll get back to that, but for now I’m going slow and steady to prevent injuries
