A few things need to be resolved before seriously arguing that Biden should be discarded: 1) There is no discernible momentum among voters to replace him. 2) No one can explain how a contested convention doesn’t help Trump. 3) Ageism and ableism is a real turn off to decent people.

It seems like the most criticism I've seen about the interview is that Biden didn't answer some questions the way folks wanted him to. I agree the answer that centered himself (not the nation) if he loses was bad. But it also wasn't a sign of senility! He would have said that at 60.

Since they offered time to Biden, ABC News offered to interview TFG, and he declined. Why? He's not working. Other than an occasional rally, all I see are clips of him hauling himself around in his golf cart, looking red-faced. When is he going to be interrogated about his health? Are they blind?

Yep, nothing seems to satisfy these people. Biden needed to do a public event the day after the debate. He did two. He needed to give a speech the day that Trump v US came down. He did. He needed to give interview to a national outlet. They scheduled one, but it wasn’t live.

Say what you will about Stephanopoulos but the bar for answers to his line of questioning is quite literally, "Person. Woman. Man. Camera. TV." By this rubric, Biden aced the interview. The fact that Biden isn't a convicted felon w/ fascist aspirations is icing on the cake.
