This was such an issue when I lived in Arizona. I remember going to the eye doctors once and many of their consult tables had burn marks on them. Turns out they’d forget to put the mirrors away and when the summer sun hit, it would start smoldering the table.

under the FDCA, comparisons are heavily regulated. For drugs comparisons of safety and efficacy must be clinically backed 21 CFR 202.1(e)(6). And with food, for instance, the term "imitation" can only be used for nutritionally inferior subs...

Alito and Thomas said bumpstocks should go to Congress -- but the ban can go to STATES and Congress. This Congress cannot pass anything (see below). In every state without a law, someone should be introducing a clear Bumpstock ban -- and force a vote/use language of gun safety.
