It’s naive to think he would admit it, right? Lawyers are telling him he can beat it, and if the lawyers are cheaper than the potential damages, he denies it. Same with his PR people, publishers etc. There are established roadmaps for all this for the rich and famous.

Sinn Fein are suddenly going to take their seats in an assembly they don’t recognize and then unilaterally declare a United Ireland without consulting the other half of the NI population, or the Irish govt or the UK govt and it’ll just be sorted by the end of the year I guess

amazing how much more Americans care about elections in the UK vs say, France or Brazil, just cause the language makes it easier and they have Bluesky pals from the UK this theory is somewhat thrown into question by how little English ppl care about elecitons in Ireland, Scotland & wales i admit

It’s all scenario-based with a heavy narrative focus. Everyone complained about their side not having a chance or steamrolling, basically. There are about 100 scarios iirc…the odds that they were all thoroughly balance-tested seems real low.
