Woke up spiraling, convinced my pneumonia was getting worse again and I was going to have to be admitted and maybe even need another transplant and everything was terrible -- and then I took my anxiety meds and everything's fine. Don't forget to factor in your mental health, folks.

Currently in the ER, probably being admitted. All respiratory tests came back negative, and I am ironically feeling a bit better, but fever, especially, even a low one, isn't something you get to ignore as an immunocompromised person.
