another thing the “just move out of your red state” people don’t get is how disabled people like me—who depend upon care from a team of medical specialists—can’t “just move” finding good doctors, therapists, primary care, etc. is not easy, fast or cheap

My friend Tracy is in an emergency. You might know her from writer Twitter. Sweet, decent person. Already disabled, she began getting sicker in October, lost her job 2 months ago. Single parent. Rent now more than disability payments. She’s just gotten a liver disease DX. Please spread the word

When folks talk about the US devolving into lawlessness if the Democrats match Republican strategies, I don't know how to take that seriously. If you're law-abiding and someone else isn't, that won't stop them from criminally victimizing you. Lawful behavior is no safeguard from lawless behavior.

Okay this is a long shot but does anyone know of a tinted sunscreen that blends with super pale skin? The ones I've tried labeled fair, light, and neutral look brownish orange on me. I need something that's for serious vampire people. Just ONE product, I won't mix multiple things together. Thanks!

Francie is here with a BLEP vs. MLEM tutorial. A blep is when the tongue is just hanging out at rest, stationary. Mlem is an action word for when the tongue is performing a licking motion - hence the name which is an onomatopoetic interpretation of the sound it makes.
