Excellent piece; I, too, hate debates, as they are in our politics. I get more out of primary debates, but I truly can't fathom being undecided by the time the runoffs occur. Maybe I'm too siloed and a party champion, but what am I supposed to learn here (esp w 2 guys who've had 4 yrs each)?
