Someone once told me that by charging pennies for decent quality art, I'm letting my customers expect that other artists with similar quality should also charge pennies, and it helped me a bit to stop undervaluing myself.

How do I find the balance between believing my art is historically valuable and that I must create and create until I die and also the understanding that I’m no one and my creations overall mean nothing and will reach almost no one, unless they do. Until they do. So I have to make them.
