Something big we haven’t fully processed or reflected on is the massive amount of time and effort people around NZ have contributed towards long term curriculum changes, science system changes and local govt reforms, amongst others. All rejected by current govt. The deep engagement meant nothing.

Burnout in psychiatrists is an extreme issue. They also do have to deal with aggressive psychotic people as part of their job (please note not all psychotic people are aggressive). The government announced 500 new staff by 2030 which to anyone who has a clue about mental health is unrealistic.

Govt cuts spending (in order to give tax breaks to landlords etc), 1000s lose income, people reduce spending because 👆, 1000s lose jobs, public spending on benefits goes up because 👆, govt cuts benefits to save money, NZ ends up in the same shit as the UK. Only dickheads vote Tory/Nat. M
