I successfully took a j crew rainbow tulle skirt from a size 2 to a size 14. It’s supposed to be ankle length but now it’s more tea length because I had to move where the waist is and I’m tall anyway. Either way I’m well pleased that I can wear it now! (Well once I add fastenings)

LRP: same. I was getting mild heatstroke even when I was properly hydrating so now I try to avoid being outside on the hottest/most humid days. I think I found out that SSRI/SSNIs make you more susceptible to heat by accident. This should be more widely shared when they’re prescribed!

I wasn't warned about this when I was given anti anxiety meds and I couldn't figure out why I was so damn weak & miserable in the summer time--so I try to spread this info around for others who also might not know!! (I mean, I'm STILL weak & miserable in the summer, but at least now I know why!)
