Because of Mythey's legs, they don't need shoes. That being said, the only shoes that Mythey owns & wears are Crocs. Why? Because they were gifted some Croc shoe charms from a fan & they needed a place to wear them. So they went out & bought a pair, just to show off the charms.

This is exactly why I try to openly recommend new books/comics and boost fellow authors and artists as often as I can. The algorithm won’t help us share our own stories. So we must help share each other’s stories instead, and raise that tide for all of us.

I think it’s so bizarre how every human being stinks, farts, burps, sweats, poops, etc… yet when we’re dating (aka auditioning to be partnered) we pretend we don’t or ignore that we do all of those things. First dates should just be a sweaty clumsy sniff fest that last until you don’t like a smell.

I’ve had this discussion many times with students who are active military: They were, across the board, horrified and disgusted by Trump’s desire to use troops against protesters - but also, and rightfully, quick to add that democracy is in great peril if it has to rely on soldiers defying orders.

Add Vrbo to that list too. What's Really annoying was when I was looking up rates on Hotels dot com last night, & they had Vrbo rentals mixed in with the *actual* hotels listings. No thanks! I'll pay hotel rates if it means I don't have to wash any dishes or vacuum on the last day.

A total ban is the only sane policy for Airbnb. There obviously needs to be accommodation in cities for visitors, but that shouldn’t be at the expense of housing units for people who actually live there. More governments should follow Barcelona’s lead.
