I likewise constantly lose the truly wireless ones and a few years ago settled on these as an alternative- much harder to lose, decent enough sound, and when not in use ot just hangs on my neck and the buds magnet together securely. Also, cheap and easy to replace if lost/broken:

finally watching the Gyllenhaal Roadhouse and have no idea ehat some people were pitching about. It's dumb and fun! Just like the original! But it has it's own script that doesn't slavishly pander to/mine the original version. It's literally the best thing we could get from something like this!
