I don't understand why people seemingly aren't considering the massive logical nightmare switching mid-stream is going to be. Will it be the same campaign managers? If not, who will it be? Will they have their own ideas about how best to do things? Will there be internal strife (yes there will be)?

Worth noting the EPA's brief correctly uses "nitrogen oxide" 7 times, and the EPA submitted a declaration from an official who used it twice. But nobody involved in the majority opinion, Justices and clerks, bothered to take the EPA's brief seriously, and so none of them noticed the error.
