I'm not easily triggered or a Highly Sensitive Person, but I'm seriously considering if watching Trump at the debate for more than a minute or two will be too traumatic to bear. He's the most singularly toxic human being in public life in my lifetime. He makes my skin crawl.

Yes, this and whether the questions asked make me start yelling at the TV. It will help greatly that Trump's mic will be turned off while Biden is talking but I doubt CNN will break in to stop his lying and make him answer the questions. I will give it a few minutes but record it if I have to go.

I haven't been able to listen to even a few seconds for ~7 years. I can deal with transcripts, but his actual voice is like listening to all the voices in Hell screaming out all at once. He speaks from a deep void of chaos & malevolence and I think it is actually dangerous to one's health to listen.
