Life hack: I got the manager on the phone when they rescheduled my delivery. Determined that he couldn’t keep commercial drivers and was short handed. Told him I was legal for big rigs and I could start today. Delivered my dishwasher to myself. Returned the truck and quit.

This is marvelous. Class action alleges Walmart systematically puts one price on the shelf, and charges a little more at the cash register. Walmart claims consumers can see the prices actually charged, so no harm. CA7 rejects.

Watching the British election returns I feel compelled to point out that the 650 person House of Commons represents 67 million people and the 435 person House of Representatives in the United States represents 333 million. Replace the Permanent Apportionment Act of 1929. We deserve representation.

And to be clear, I don't believe that Biden could have magically expanded the court already. Congress is what it is. But what Republicans understand is that politics is the long game. You lay the groundwork, you shift the debate. That's what I'm saying Dems should be doing now, full court press.
