I think this sums it up nicely: you cannot play regulatory whack-a-mole with any insurer, least of all a Medicare Advantage one. They move faster than the government and will continue to leech hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars. Worth noting Kamala's 2020 plan was "Medicare Advantage for All"
