Among the many evils of "crisis pregnancy centers": they are not medical providers and so do not follow HIPAA or medical privacy ethics. Instead, they gleefully give away (to right-wing orgs) and sell (to data brokers) all information you give them. They should be illegal.

If they could get the llms efficiency on JUST language interpretation down and build ML algos for their specific use cases we'd have something actually useful That said, I still would not trust ML in any life or death situation which should be ANY patient's care

I think the problem is the large language aspect is really really helpful in evaluating user input (in that you no longer have to) but the rest of it sucks. You really need a traditional machine learning strategy with very targeted training data.
