Carbon footprints among different income deciles in Germany are pretty similar.... until you look at transport. Once again, a very strong argument for a frequent fliers tax.

Baltimore city folks it’s household hazmats day! Riding down to Sisson st in a bit from the North if you are on the route and need me to add your stack of dead batteries and lead wheel weights to mine (unless it’s over a couple pounds then you are on your own).

Avocado toast with sardines stays filling and nutritious and pretty cheap. If you like the taste of tofu (I do), cubed, boiled in salt water for a minute or two and drained before mixing with chopped green onion, sesame oil, nooch, maybe some garlic powder and soy sauce is nice.

Woke up at 330 to the smoke alarm singing it’s dead backup battery song, power out evidently since 11pm and not even vaguely predicted to be on before 11am, should go in to office but need to be in Baltimore at 430, gonna be an amazing day.

I saw little of EA because of their sea of tall lady fans on the floor but they did not seem to be TL fans and cleared out promptly despite the singer specially telling them not to. Good for my view at least!

Hmm lady to my left just shrieked at a uniform tone while the three guys on the left talked intensely and hugged now and then until one of them said he felt sick and left. Solid Ted show though, accidentally got in the hold steady line around the corner first because their crowds are the same.

My understanding is that more things will eat them than was first expected, but that if they get to feed on their fave (tree of heaven weed trees) they taste bad and this stochastic ickiness makes them not a first resort food.

The e-bike is nice for these days. At some point it does not feel safe to ride up the hill in 95 degree weather, but a bike ride is still nicer than a drive.
