don’t know if I ever told you this but I had lunch there exactly one time. George Lucas was there and my friend introduced me (against my will, definitely didn’t want to bother him). I worked at Twitch for five years and the people there (not gonna say anything about the upper management or the company) were very, very good people with hearts and consciences who really cared about doing the right thing (do not ask me about the upper management or the company itself)

Nickelback simply didn’t have the raw materials to be funny. Chad Kroeger did not feel deeply enough to be truly funny. “My Sacrifice” is naturally funnier than anything he could ever dream of.

It started to get lots of fun comments like “love the videos but what is up with this weird song” and stuff. We got worried that some child would see it and get scared, so we took it down. And I think that’s the last time anyone on YouTube has ever had that impulse.

It’s a really great and truly disturbing song about zombies. “I see fire in the dead man’s eye” etc. We just did it as a goof but it suddenly started climbing really fast in views, then it showed up on a “top videos of the day” panel on the YouTube homepage.
