Sounds to me like Biden now has the power to just dissolve the Supreme Court and ignore everything they say so long as he prefaces it with "In an official Presidential act, I am now...." Just like in the bribery and South Carolina cases, so long as you use the right words it's totally okay!

I also did this with House episode clips to the extent that I just thought "fuck it I'll watch the show". Love those network procedurals, where you can fall asleep, wake up two episodes later and still think it's the same episode you were watching when you dozed off.
