I went to Penn for my PhD and was on campus 2006-2009 and 2011-12. This guy was there, standing outside the library (on campus), doing his Christian missionary “you’re all going to hell and here’s why” schtick. He was eventually asked to leave campus, where he resumed his schtick from the sidewalk.
