Noticed on Tidal and Spotify that EA Games Soundtrack, Namco Sounds, Capcom Sound Team, SIE Sound Team, and others are being used by asshats putting out "AI" generated music with "AI" covers. This fucks up things for many people who listen to these soundtracks. Fucking scum.

While I would love to see the movie companies go after the "AI" assholes, I believe this is about their music groups sueing Udio and Suno, the start-ups in this case who trained their LLMs on copyrighted music. The big three could potentially get 150K per copyrighted song(!!!) though.

I NEED an extension for browsers that automatically turn rejects any and all dumb "permission to use your data" system, no matter who provides it, and actually keeps a record of that so I don't have to select my choices over and over again on the same browser. It's annoying AF.

Learned that Silviana Russo is a producer on this, which is a nice surprise. She also helped produce many of HyperRPG's shows, including KOllOK (which you mentioned in your article, and was a collaboration with FearHQ), and others. Hadn't heard of Panic Table before this, will keep an eye on it.
