Hey, did you guys know there are two species of flying squirrels native to Minnesota? I just found out.

When I lived in Pennsylvania one got into our log house and that damn thing glided from rafter to rafter. Was actually pretty cool. We did eventually get it out but it is quite unique to see those things in action.

Two crows in a tree out front were heckling something while I was shoveling snow that turned out to be a flying squirrel … in southern Wisconsin in early spring. I had never seen a flying squirrel before. Didn’t think I ever would.
