my hottest take is that casting directors need to approach their jobs like character designers for comics and animation do: recognizable and distinct via silhouette, body type, the back of their head, the bone structure of their face, and maybe even a bonus weird detail like a mole or a scar

The Jewish approach to conversion is the correct one: tell potential converts "oy, are you crazy? Being Chosen People sucks and is hard & everyone hates us & there are all these rules & there aren't any rewards for following these rules that you don't already get as a goy by being a decent person."
