Huh, that's a good question. Off the top of my head I know that multiple big religious liberty Supreme Court cases involved Jehovah's Witnesses but beyond that I would have to investigate (later tho cuz I'm at a conference 😅)

The same goes for textualism. Today, they used statutory history & other non-textual methods rather than giving “otherwise” its plain meaning

In a fucked up turn of events, I would use the end of Chevron as the excuse to expand the court and the whole judiciary by pointing out that they don’t have the capacity to hear all the cases they just gave themselves. 27 justices, double the size of the circuits. Huh. Thanks John Roberts.

Chevron famously said, "Judges are not experts in the field, and are not part of either political branch of the Government." Today, Roberts and the other chaos agents on the court effectively say: Judges are the only experts in any field, & can dictate policy to either political branch of the Gov't

Monday will be the Supreme Court's final opinion release day Mind you, they still haven't ruled on 'can presidents do crimes' So they really said 'we're gonna hear immunity on the last day of oral arguments, announce immunity on the last day of the term, &then go on vacation. Don't forget to tip!'
