Going beyond the attempted genocide of Jews, doctors and nurses murdered disabled patients and listed pneumonia as the cause of death. Nazi soldiers just straight up murdered Romany families and kept walking, no deaths officially recorded. That doesn’t mean these atrocities didn’t happen.

A judge in Florida ordered the surprise release of graphic transcripts from the state's 2006 prosecution of paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Testimony about Donald Trump appears in the document many times. This is one excerpt and it is graphic. But people need to know who this sick bastard really is.

Think of every other time EVER when a company has been acquired, especially lately. Job cuts. Cancelled projects. Everything being paired down to the bone. How many great shows and films did the Warner Bros deal kill? Yeah. Exactly.

I was thinking about this based on a previous post, but Black people can't be white people's emotional lifeguards when we recognize the horrors of our government and society, especially as the fascism becomes more apparent and flagrant. It's not up to them to help us endure and survive. That's on us

The ironic thing here is that either he's trying to hide he's involved or he's too pudding-brained and doesn't remember his own team doing this. Both indicate the same thing though. Definitely not fit for office.

That and you'd think we'd get over candidates with weird foibles. Like it still gets me Howard Dean never got to be president because people lost their shit over him screaming at a rally. Like the dude was hype for his win and was excited, but apparently that's "not presidential."

It goes deeper than that, especially for the Democratic Governors: If Biden drops out and Harris takes over, then she could run again in 2028 and every Democrat hoping to be President has to wait in line. That's why Congress wants Biden out and the governors want Biden in.

Fucking Christ. I can't stand Biden and yet this concerted push by the press to get him to quit is making me side with him, because this shit is both obvious and scummy. You're corrupt. You get that we can all see this, right? Where's your Trump/Epstein reporting, for the love of God?

We knew Biden was old. We've done been known it. I disbelieve that he's lost his marbles because we've had evidence to the contrary. He's older and slower but he's lucid. His decisions are bad, but they're clear-sighted. But trying to get him to quit has been great for headlines, I guess.

It's never about a President's actions or the result of their actions or even the process that leads to their actions. It's about vibes and image, how things "feel," what can be packaged into a soundbite no matter how inane or irrelevant. We live in a media kakistocracy and we always have.

worth noting that there really hasn't been a giant swing towards Labour; they're polling a bit better than last election but not hugely and a lot of it was taken from the SNP. The results are as they are because Nigel Farage's Racist Party - sorry, Reform Party - took a huge chunk of Tory votes.
